Fully equiped duplex with capacity for 4 people. Sea views, community area with swimming pool, kitchen, nice living/dining room, one double bedroom, one bath and two terraces.

It is ideal for a family with 2 kids. Parents sleep upstairs in the bedroom and kids sleep in two independent auxiliar beds at the living room downstairs.

The apartments have a nice swimming pool available to all residents and the beach is just at 200 meters distance.

It is highly recommendable to have a car, although you may live without it. Sitges Center and the train station are at a walking distance of 20 minutes.

Inside the port of Aiguadolç, very close to the apartment, there are highly recommended restaurants and a small supermarket where you can buy the basics.

Reservation on high season will be from Saturday (5:00 p.m.) to Saturday (11:00 a.m.)
25% of total price will be paid as reservation deposit in advance (non refundable).
The rest of the total payment plus another 25% as guarantee deposit will be paid two weeks before arrival.
The guarantee deposit will be returned after departure.
Rentals from November to April will not include heating expenses.
Costs for any damage to the house or unnecessary cleaning tasks could be discounted.

Step 2: You will be contacted by our staff and you will receive the contract by email. As soon as you receive it, please reply expressing your agreement.

Step 3:  The reservation will be confirmed only after the deposit is paid (25% of the total price).  Please proceed to make your payment by clicking on the paypal button below. If you are booking more than one week, please indicate it in the "Quantity" box of the payment form.

Step 4:  If you need a car it is very easy to book it with easyCar, the low cost car rental online. You can pick up the car from Barcelona airport or Girona airport.
