Property Description
This apartment is located right at the edge of the coast. You will feel like you are living in a boat. The building is built on the rocks and you can even fish from the terrace. It is well oriented keeps fresh in summer and warm in winter.

The apartments have a nice swimming pool available to all residents and the beach is just at 200 meters distance.

The kitchen is equiped with dish washing machine, microwave and laundry washing mashine.

It is highly recommendable to have a car, although you may live without it.There is an outdoor parking for residencials. Sitges Center and the train station are at a walking distance of 20 minutes.

Inside the port of Aiguadolç, very close to the apartment, there are highly recommended restaurants and a small supermarket where you can buy the basics. The sea view is from all rooms as if you were in a boat. Very romantic sun rize and sun set and moon right there reflected on the sea make terraces very romantic.
