2.- The reserve will not be effective until we have received the amount of rent to 25% and the customer receives an e-mail confirmation of payment.
3.- The rest of the reservation 75% shall be paid in cash at CHECK IN + forfeit cleaning and laundry end + refundable deposit. If these amounts do not deliver on arrivel, it is not posible to occupy the property.
